He's panting as he pulls himself up the tree, going faster than normal, almost slipping twice before he's at the top, straddling the branch and peering into her bedroom. He didn't have to run down hallways, or deal with doors. So he can see her in the dark, running through the door, taking off her shoes and running for the window.

His chest is heaving as he slaps at the window slightly, grinning hugely. He leans in to kiss the pane of glass and then to work his fingers at the base, to help her pull it up.
